I am only 13 and the doctor says I am in perfect medical condition besides a bit of fading eyesight, yet every time I am finished running in cold weather, my chest feels heavy and tight. l have to sit down for about 10 minutes before it goes away. Is this normal? How can l get rid of it?

l think that might not be a medical problem if your constantly running in cold weather. Try running in warmer clothes and see if that helps, Its probably just because to much cold is seeping into your chest.

Its Normal,It Because When You Run For A Long Period Of Time Your Chest Gets Tight.It Happens To everybody even me Just Try Not to run even more when you feel like this This Is Called Chest tube insertion.But l Still Recommend You To Consult A Doctor Or A Cardiolagist.

This used to happen to me, that was before l was in good shape. just get into better shape and you should be good
