Whenever l try to run a mile...by the time l am half way through it my ears pop and just pulse and pound and it is painful. My gym teacher one year suggesting It could be from breathing through my nose the entire time but other people l have talked to breath the same way while running and do not have the same problem!

YOu should breathe through your mouth..It will help you finish the mile and might help with the ears, l can not imagine breathing only through my nose. 0_o

Have you check with your doctor about your ears pop. Im Sure you will be Ok.

l get the same thing occasionally when l run. Most of the time it is just caused by your blood pressure going way up. l assume this happens when you're REALLY pushing yourself? Sometimes dehydration can make it worse, or an illness. My advice would be to take it a little easier when you start to feel like that.
