depends on the school, but no slower than :49..47-48 for a good school

If you can not run under 48 seconds you can not get a scholarship to a Dl school. Dll is a little slower.

the 3 time state champ that went to my school in nevada ran like 47 and went to notre dame. he didnt get a full scholarship from them but did from other schools. he just always wanted to go to notre dame.
so aim for like 47-48.
