Which brand is good for running shoe

l am a fan of Asics.

l love my Oasics, they are really comfortable and l can run very long distances in them.

depends on the kind of running you do mate. I'd recommend Asics as they are not too expensive but are great light and breathable shoes for outdoor running on road/track/grass or anywhere really.

Not sure why so many people r recommending Nike. I've talked to several of my different coaches over the years & they've all told me bad things about Nike shoes. From personal experience & from talking to fellow runners, I'd say to stay away from Nikes.

Brooks work the best for me. Asics r also pretty good. New Balance is supposed to be as well though I've not tried them myself. I've never heard good things about Puma, & while l love Adidas l still have yet to try them.

It really depends on what u want in ur running shoe, whether it is more cushion or a lighter weight. l would suggest going to a specialty store & talking with a sales associate over what u want to buy. l went to Dick Ponds to get some running shoes. l have some Nikes & they r alright but im not sure if l will buy them again. l had some addidas shoes that l hated but l do really like asics shoes. Just try different brands & shoes until u find what u want because they r all a little different on ur foot.

Nike training shoes are awful. Spikes are fine.
The best training shoes are Asics, followed by New Balance and Saucony.

l run year round,, and the best type of shoe is asics, they are good for your knees and shins

Adidas should be the best brand or others depending on how comfortable you are.
