Tomorrow, l start my winter track tryouts ( l am going out for sprinting).l have been training a lot, and l rested up for most of this weekend.Does anyone have any last minute advice before my tryouts ( anyone with track or high school sports experience)?

try your hardest and do as best as you can, if you dont make the team o well you know you tried

Give it everything you have in your body. If you make it you will have time to recover, if you do not and you did not give it your all you will regret it.

Do your best and dont listen to wat other people have to say (unless it is your coach). set a goal for yourself and go for it l think you will do great!! good luck =)

wow thats odd because in my school evryone makes the team. watever the best thing to think about before u go is to do the very best of ur ability.i want to tell u a story thats about me. ok, l come in first for all of my cross country duel races. but, l fell that it wasnt my best sometimes. but l went to this big race for the fastest of ur kind(that is what it is called) but l come in 112th place out of 507 people butnthat was the best day of my life because l beat my best time by 54 sec. witch is a 17:32 to a 16:36 so just try ur bast

Just treat it like any other race. Do whatever has worked for you in the past preparing for a race. If you've been training a lot, and you've rested up for a couple days, you should do fine.
