Is it that you wear them when it is hot, or cold out?

Or, if you wanna stay warm, or cool?

Because l read both the tags and both say that they like keep your body temperature at what it is.

I am just curious because l like to run and was wondering if there is actually a difference?

The underarmour ''hot gear'' is designed to keep you cool when it is warm outside. It is light and breezy. The underarmour ''cold gear'' is designed to keep you warm and snug when it is cold outside. It is still light but it serves as excellent insulation.

if you look at the clothing it should be pretty obvious. l usually wear long sleeves in the winter, when it is COLD, but maybe that is just me. and l usually run in shorts in the summer, when it is HOT.
