that will help you a lot because sprinters need a lot of muscle. another good thing to do is to get your core section rilly strong.

hell ya. there are plenty of leg excerise,s but squats will make you faster. u should drink more milk

The most important thing for sprinting speed is muscle support force so you do not collapse at the ankle/knee at ground contact. The fastest sprinters have the shortest ground contact times. So getting stronger is critical. Just as important is how fast you apply the strength. So get stronger and run short top speed sprints to apply the strength faster and increase the storage and release of elastic energy.
