What kind of gift ideas do you give a man that is into running/jogging

Running watch? A good hat to run in when the weather is bad, maybe? Talk to someone at a sports store for more guidance.

If he does not already have one, an ipod

a runner can never have too many shirts or jackets that take the moisture off your body--dri fit clothes.

And the obvious one, Chariots of Fire. l do not know a runner who does not love that movie--it is old but such a good message.

l have started using a Garmin GPS unit to track my time and speed and distance and calories used..pretty good toy for any runner.

You could give him a gift cetificate to a local running store in your area. Some runners prefer just to pick their own items, they know what they like best.

theres about a million running books on pretty much anything from running better, to autobiographies of great runners. (im personally asking for Chi Running)

Preforntane, different movie, same idea
Chariots of Fire, older movie, but still a great story

if ur wondering where to get all this, find a local running store. u may have to go to a book store for the books & movies, but they should have just about everything else a runner could possible want & they will be able to help u out too. Merry Christmas!

l like receiving smaller thing that l probably would not buy myself like new running gloves or socks.If you live in a cold area you can get him some under armor type running clothes.Great as a base layer for wintery conditions..
