Getting into a NCAA Division 1 Track and Field School

l was just wondering what times l would need to run in the 100,200,400
as a senior in High School to be able to run for a D1 College for schools like Virginia Tech, UVA, George Mason, or VCU.

100 you need like a 10:40 200 l am not sure but im guessing like a 21:80 maybe lower then your two 100 combined 400 you need to run a 47ish

10.5 to 10.6 for the 100. 21.6 to 21.8 for the 200. 47.2 to 48.0 for the 400 meter. UVA and George Mason have very strong programs, you may have to dip a little lower to get into those schools.
