im half Jamaican and hafe mexican so l have a good body for running

the key is all in ur training.
a few workouts that i've found effective were.

prymid workout
6 100s
5 200s
3 300s
1 400
each of these is an all out sprinting.

Spilts
run, at the begining 8 400s broken, or u jog a 100 & then sprint a 100. then later on u sprint a 200 run a 200, & so on.

working on ur start also helping because that is everything in sprints.
and when practicing, the best race u can run is a 200 to prepare for the 100, that way u will increase speed & endurance

also only do a workout every other day. inbetween days run about 2.5 miles to keep up ur endurance & practice 6 days a week.
