ok im not over weight but l need to get back in shape for track can someone help me? wat shoudl l do? wat exercises? and good tips? l NEED! to get back in shape! btw its winter so l cant really run around the yard lol

go to the gym, thats what l do, or run on your treadmill or bike

just go to the gym everyday and workout
and when the snow clears up run around ur neighborhood
u cood also do pushups and situps

the key is all in ur training.
if u r doing sprints a few workouts that i've found effective were.

prymid workout
6 100s
5 200s
3 300s
1 400
each of these is an all out sprinting.

Spilts
run, at the begining 8 400s broken, or u jog a 100 & then sprint a 100. then later on u sprint a 200 run a 200, & so on.

also only do a workout every other day. inbetween days run about 2.5 miles to keep up ur endurance & practice 6 days a week.

if u can not run outdoors, which u r going to have to deal with in spring anyway.then ur training really is not going to help.

you should work on stretching & abs. work on ur starts if u run sprints. do simple work outs like high knees, kicking ur leg up, running backwards, & sprints indoors.
