I am an avid runner, and l wanna be ready for the track season.It does not start until the end of March, so first off when should l personally start training?Secondly, do you have any suggestions on a workout plan?Should l be running every day, or running part of the week and working on my upper body the other days?Just a few tips would be really nice.Thanks!

There is no reason you can not run everyday. Maybe just take off one or two days per week. l would not really get too serious about a workout plan. Just get out there and run. Mix in lifting if you can two times a week. For more ideas, check the source.
